Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project teams by clearly communicating safety expectations and addressing concerns proactively
- Support a collaborative safety culture across assigned projects
- Aid in the implementation of safety procedures, programs, and compliance initiatives
- Conduct safety training, onboarding, and orientation sessions for project teams
- Facilitate field safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments
- Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Maintain project-level documentation, including reports, safety logs, and claims tracking
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Support project teams with confined space, rigging, fall protection, and other safety programs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of safety processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Degree in EHS, Safety, Emergency Response, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of related safety experience in construction or industrial environments
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
- Additional certifications such as First Aid/CPR/AED, Confined Space, or Fall Protection are a plus
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and leadership
- Knowledge of hazard recognition and risk mitigation practices
- Basic understanding of structural systems and construction methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management tools (e.g., Procore, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Deliver safety training and reinforce compliance in the field
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks
- Aid in managing safety documentation and reporting
