Qualifications
- Strong construction background
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Completion of OSHA 30-hour Safety Certification
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety walks on individual construction sites
- Evaluate the completeness and effectiveness of the contractor’s hazard assessments (JHA’s, Good Catch, etc.). When compliance and/or non-conformance is observed, immediately bring the issue to the attention of those individuals and key stakeholders as appropriate
- Prepare Site Specific Safety Plans to conformance with Project Manual requirements
- Support client initiatives as requested
