We are open to a wide range of experience levels — from early-career professionals to seasoned construction safety leaders. Depending on the level, you may bring experience in construction safety, field operations, safety program support, or industrial environments. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction industry safety standards, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to influence, coach, and encourage safe behavior, curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn and grow in the safety profession, professional certifications (CHST, OHST, CSP, TUV, etc.) — a plus, but not required for Specialist roles. Most importantly, you bring a servant leader mindset and a commitment to keeping people safe.
Work Environment
- Field-based with regular travel to job sites across Wisconsin and surrounding areas
- Works outdoors, partners closely with project teams
