Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Risk Assessment: Review and analyze prime contracts, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and purchase orders prior to execution to evaluate liabilities, insurance, and indemnification risks.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist project teams and executive management in negotiating contract terms to reduce company exposure and improve protections.
- Compliance & Templates: Maintain organized records of contracts, claims, and amendments, while updating standardized templates and procurement terms.
- Team Training: Provide clear guidance, training, and risk awareness support to project teams regarding contract compliance and change order provisions.
Qualifications
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Skills: Contract Administration (5 years of experience is preferred), Risk Mitigation
