Construction Representative II

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Construction Manager
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct site inspections to verify work is performed according to plans and specifications
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered
• Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on construction progress
• Train and mentor junior construction representatives and other team members
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $34.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Final compensation will be determined based on skills, certifications, and relevant industry experience.
