Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of engineers and field professionals
- Ensure effective structure and resource allocation across projects
- Monitor team well-being and engagement in a high-travel environment
- Lead performance management processes and coaching
- Identify and develop high-potential talent within the team
- Develop and implement the quality control strategy for projects
- Support business development and represent the team externally
Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 8 years of experience in large-scale heavy civil infrastructure construction
- 2 years of experience managing construction inspection and quality teams
- DOT, ACI, or related certifications for asphalt and/or concrete preferred
