Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assign to support a portfolio of Justice Sector construction projects.
• Support design-bid-build and/or design build construction delivery in a team-oriented environment.
• Solve complex operational and project controls issues with a maintained focus on customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Program Scheduling, preferably in public works projects.
• Prior experience developing program schedules and performing critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis is preferred.
• Demonstrated comprehensive analysis skills including resource loading, cost loading, analyses of change orders, time extension requests and schedule impact analyses.
• Must be able to manage the program schedule and update process while collaborating with internal and external clients.
• Strong communication, presentation, writing, and computer skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Primavera Project Management (5.0 or 6.1), Primavera Project Planner(P6) and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Design-Build and Progressive Design-Build schedules and project delivery preferred.
• Experience in using SQL to retrieve data from various data sets is also preferred.

USD $100,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
