About the role
The Project Manager (Wind) is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, planning, and scope management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assure project abides by all environmental safety awareness and compliance
- Support and further the company culture, values, Key Results and quality management
- Document and communicate project progress, performance, and issues to all stakeholders
- Provide day to day direction and oversight of project resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials
- Successfully integrate resources, activities, and deliverables as outlined in the Project Execution Plan
- Own the project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule
- Manage project documents, risks, and changes
- Manage project team, including human resource management, communications, risk management, procurement, stakeholder management, and quality management
- Enhance apprentices' skills and knowledge, and ensure PWA compliance
- Disperse and delegate PWA questions to subject matter experts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management
Skills and Abilities
- Take reasonable care of own and others’ health and safety
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, Timberline, and Construction Software
- Write reports, business correspondence, and document project activities
- Present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
- Calculate figures and amounts, solve practical problems, and deal with a variety of concrete variables
- Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Interpret blueprints, professional journals, technical procedures, contracts, or governmental regulations

- Compensation: $120,000 - $155,000 / year, commensurate with experience

Pay
