Construction Project Manager-Seattle
Position Description
Your top priority is to drive critical project tasks and processes resulting in process compliance and profitability. Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle to ensure a project is on track and profitable.
Completing tasks to ensure regional leaders can predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmon’s best practices.
Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.
Experience
Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business
5-8 years’ experience in project management or a related field
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
Curtainwall/glass and glazing experience required.

Compensation
Compensation Range: $110,000-$130,000/yr

About the Role
Manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-mid sized projects by working closely with internal teams and general contractors.
Engage and motivate direct reports, coworkers, peers, and leaders to set clear expectations.
Make decisions based on information provided and enhance others' problem-solving capacity.
Operate within a team environment, and highly dynamic situations, by building consensus through collaboration.
