Construction Project Manager - SD

About the role

System Pavers is growing and seeks a professional, driven Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage project installations, act as the main point of contact for homeowners, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple jobsites and crews
• Crew recruitment
• Main point of contact with homeowners during installation
• Focus on customer service and keeping customers satisfied
• Daily updates upon job site inspections
• Handle change orders and “up sell” opportunities

Requirements

• Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews
• Experience with residential construction projects
• Knowledge of masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers)
• Experience with grading and drainage
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Positive “can do” attitude
• Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing construction job sites
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Pay

$70,304 + bonus and commissions, company truck, and gas card
