About the role

The company is seeking a highly ambitious Project Manager specializing in mixed-use construction to join the team. This role is critical due to upcoming project demands. The ideal candidate will step in quickly to manage a multi-million dollar luxury project in downtown Miami.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the luxury mixed-use construction project from early stages through to closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with permitting authorities and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including APMs, superintendents, and labor crews.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Project Manager in mixed-use construction, specifically retail and restaurant builds.
• Strong knowledge of local permitting processes for the Miami market.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Demonstrates exceptional business judgement by consistently delivering profitable outcomes and achieving successful project closeouts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
