Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges and risks.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits, is maintained.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities.

Requirements

  • A strong background in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
