Details

This role is built for an experienced construction PM who can independently run projects from preconstruction through closeout with minimal oversight. The Grand Rapids need is focused on adding execution capacity for industrial/manufacturing work and partnering with existing PM/SPM leadership on active and upcoming projects. Projects typically range from about $2M–$16M.

Requirements

• 5+ years in construction
• Experience working for or closely with a General Contractor
• Strong industrial/manufacturing exposure
• Ability to manage projects independently

Qualifications (preferred)

• Design-build experience
• Architecture/engineering background
• Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, or civil systems
