About the Role

Join a team where you can step into a true end-to-end PM seat, run industrial/manufacturing projects with real autonomy, and grow toward Senior PM or project executive responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts
• Cook up internal teams and design partners
• Manage client communication
• Drive projects forward proactively rather than waiting on direction

Requirements

• 5+ years in construction
• Experience working for or closely with a General Contractor
• Strong industrial/manufacturing exposure
• The ability to manage projects independently

Qualifications

• Design-build experience
• Architecture/engineering background
• Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, or civil systems

Skills
