Requirements

• 8+ years of construction project management experience
• On-site execution in fast-paced retail environments
• Support with a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong foundation in estimating, contracts, site operations, and safety within operating stores

Qualifications

• Strategic mindset with a forward-thinking, quality-driven approach
• Continuous improvement mindset with proficiency in industry tools (Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Coupa, AutoCAD, scheduling software)
• Ability to manage multiple projects, interpret contract documents and MEP systems, and build trust across multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to support business goals
