Construction Project Manager (Hospitality)

Unlock Your Potential As a Project Manager on MGAC’s Hospitality team, this position will support the coordination and delivery of hospitality projects, including project oversight and internal and external communications. The Project Manager will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with client expectations and MGAC’s business goals, while developing toward independently managing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality construction or project management
- Experience with hospitality renovations, capital improvement (CAPEX) projects, conversions, and ground-up construction
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, engineering principles, construction methods, systems, and materials
