We are seeking a Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for financial performance, subcontractor management, and overall project execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones
  • Lead preconstruction efforts including RFP development and buyout
  • Run internal and external project meetings
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
  • Maintain document control and reporting systems
  • Track and update project schedules
  • Ensure quality control and timely material procurement
  • Negotiate and issue subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and performance
  • Oversee project closeout and punch list completion
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle
  • Manage project budgets and cost tracking
  • Lead monthly cost reporting and forecasting
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Negotiate and manage change orders

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong financial acumen and project controls experience
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Pay

$120,000 - $160,000 per year
