Construction Project Manager / Estimator

Job Summary

Project Management

• Affirmative coordination of administrative elements of projects
• Work with the General Superintendent and Job Superintendent to understand project schedules
• Support supplier and sub-contractor bid scope reviews and contract award
• Weekly work with the Job Superintendent to provide accurate information for the Project
• Complete the necessary project weekly/monthly billings
• Create project schedules and ensure they are developed, maintained, and published
• Attend startup, midpoint, and close-out meetings for assigned projects
• Aid Project Managers throughout the construction process from contact award to project closeouts
• Utilize Procore Project Management Software

Estimating

• Prepare estimates for projects using company bid invitation software
• Evaluate the scope of project work, review project specifications, and attend pre-bid meetings
• Develop pricing quotations/bids for customers, especially for negotiated type of work and smaller projects

Hours

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$80,000+ (Depending on experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related degree
• 5+ years’ experience working on commercial construction projects (preferred)
• Self-motivated individual with a drive to learn and grow within the company
