It’s not production-driven, repeat industrial work; it’s diverse, relationship-driven projects that require strong client interaction and adaptability.

The team runs lean by design, meaning you won’t be buried under layers of PMs or support staff. You’ll be expected to own projects, make decisions, and manage all scopes — which is a big draw for PMs who want real responsibility instead of being siloed into one piece of a job. There’s also an emphasis on long-term client relationships and repeat work, so personality matters. Responsibilities

• Fully own construction projects from start to finish without heavy oversight
• Manage all scopes rather than a narrow trade slice
• Operate in a lean PM model with real project autonomy and visibility
• Handle sports and recreation, municipal, nonprofit, office, and select education-related projects (industrial, multifamily, or heavy residential backgrounds not targeted)
• Run projects typically sized $5M–$20M (acceptable experience range $1M–$40M)
• Oversee projects lasting 6 months to 1.5 years
• Manage subcontractor buyout and ongoing subcontractor management
• Lead scheduling, cost control, construction documents, and safety leadership
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Potentially contribute to networking and business development

Requirements

• 4+ years of construction PM, APM, or PE experience, preferably with a General Contractor
• Ready to step fully into a PM seat with full project ownership
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling tools
• Strong behavioral fit: urgent, accountable, adaptable, detail-oriented, independent, and client-facing
• Repeat-client work, networking/business development capability, healthcare or higher-ed exposure, and community involvement are helpful

Pay

$80,000 - $125,000 per year
