Construction Project Manager (Commercial) - Baton Rouge, LA

Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Experience running projects upwards of $15M in value
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders
• Able to solve problems efficiently and adapt to changing project needs
• Desire to grow career in LA
