Construction Project Manager | Commercial $10M+ Projects

About the role

Lead on commercial ground up projects from inception through completion
Possess direct interaction with leadership as the business scales
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
Work directly on design-build projects
Deliver projects ranging from $10M+ in a diverse commercial pipeline

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction
• Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools
• Experience in design-build is a plus
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus

Pay

Base salary: $135K+ based upon experience
