About the role
Generate business with customers and potential customers, assist in the development of estimates as assigned, develop construction schedules, monitor and maintain the flow of on-site work activities through interaction with the Field Superintendent and subcontractors, represent W. Gohman Construction and make decisions with clients and owners on a variety of subjects relating to construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Initiate proper plans and schedules
- Hold others accountable in the field to complete the project within budget and on time
- Monitor and complete reports on work progress in the field through final completion of the project
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years industry experience
- Self-motivated individuals with great organizational skills
