Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and supervising construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborating with Owners, Engineers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Providing leadership and guidance to ensure the project’s vision is achieved while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinating the scheduling of contractors, employees, and material deliveries.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and state/federal regulations.
• Directly interacting with clients, engineers, vendors, and other contractors to meet or exceed project expectations.
• Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen the organization, guiding teams to maintain a customer-centric focus throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continually applying knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal codes, standards, and regulations.
• Representing Velocity Constructors in a positive, proactive manner, addressing concerns thoroughly and promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong integrity, positive attitude, and willingness to contribute across various areas of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in field construction or project management.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct client interaction and experience in managing resources throughout pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Proven excellence in customer service and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications; experience with scheduling software is essential, and familiarity with SAGE100 Construction Management software is a plus.

Pay

$95,000 to $145,000 per year to start.

Schedule

Location: Englewood, CO with some travel to various job sites
