Construction Project Manager

About the role

Trademark Property Company, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is a full-service real estate firm specializing in the development, investment, and management of mixed-use, retail, multifamily, and office properties. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager, Asset Management to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of property-level contracted repair and capital improvement projects across the Company's operating portfolio.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage construction projects from initial scope development through project closeout while partnering closely with Asset Management, Property Operations, consultants, and contractors. Additionally, you will manage Landlord construction obligations required under executed leases until turnover to the Tenant Delivery Manager, coordinating with Leasing, Tenant Services, and Property Management to support successful tenant delivery.

• Construction Administration: Document Review, Regulatory Approvals, On-Site Leadership, Closeout
• Financial Management: Budgeting, Invoice & Pay Applications, Strategic Support
• Vendor Management: Relationship Building, Quality Standards, Procurement
• Process Improvement & Cost Benchmarking: Standardization, Technology, Pricing Models, Continuous Learning
• Landlord Work & Tenant Delivery Support: Leasing Support, Lease Review, Turnover Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of commercial construction project management experience, with a focus on retail, mixed-use, or commercial real estate. Tenant improvement expertise and experience managing landlord work associated with retail leasing, tenant improvements, shell delivery, or commercial development is preferred.

• Industry Experience: 5-7 years of commercial construction project management experience required
• Asset Focus: Retail, mixed-use, or commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
• Tenant Improvement Expertise: Experience managing landlord work associated with retail leasing, tenant improvements, shell delivery, or commercial development is preferred
• Core Professional Skills: Technical Mastery, Communication, Stakeholder Coordination
