Construction Project Manager
About the role
The individual will need experience managing construction projects of all sizes and scope. They will be responsible for client satisfaction, contract management, billing, design, construction administration, and project closeout. This position will complete project management from start to end and will be responsible for coordinating with campus departments, design professionals, operations and maintenance, construction, and project closeout. They will be required to manage the project efficiently so that the project is completed on budget and on schedule. Requirements
A valid driver’s license is required, and the position may require work outside of normal business hours.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (preferred)
