Construction Project Manager

About the role

A motivated Construction Project Manager is needed to help deliver infrastructure improvement projects while also helping develop Avenew's culture and operations. This is a ground-level opportunity at a new company looking to create and capitalize on a new marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in and/or lead the delivery of infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Cook up and coordinate with all necessary professionals and disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive innovative problem-solving initiatives to overcome project challenges.
• Estimate, plan, implement, and track projects in conjunction with company leadership and owners.
• Manage project costing, documentation, and tracking.
• Work within and manage teams of professionals to achieve project goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must reside within 75 miles of the Indianapolis area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
