Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects for The Group Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating construction processes
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Liaising with contractors and vendors
• Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
• Resolving project-related challenges to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
• Strong skills in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of construction projects
• Expertise in Construction Management and Project Management methodologies
• Ability to analyze project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP or equivalent, are a plus
• Restaurant construction experience required

Pay

$120-$140k/yr, plus benefits

Schedule

Full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, with up to 25% travel.
