Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Managing project budgets, job costs, and subcontractors
• Collaborating with management, clients, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Participating in design reviews, value engineering, and estimating activities
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, schedules, and change orders
• Overseeing project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and billing processes
• Leading project meetings with owners, architects, and contractors
• Monitoring staffing, labor needs, and ensuring safety and quality compliance
• Assisting with project closeout and turnover processes

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of project management or construction experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial and mixed-use building components
• Experience with contracts, scheduling, estimating, and billing
• Proficiency with estimating software, Bluebeam/PDF, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling tools
• Experience with Viewpoint is a plus
