Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the reconstruction process.
- Perform site evaluations, review project scopes, and help secure reconstruction projects.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines while maintaining profitability goals.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Identify and manage change orders, project challenges, and customer expectations.
- Conduct project walkthroughs, complete punch-list items, and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, leadership, and production teams.
- Lead jobsite safety efforts and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of previous experience managing multiple construction, reconstruction, restoration, or remodeling projects.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of construction practices, permitting processes, and local building codes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel locally between project sites.
