Benefits: Health insurance401(k)Dental insurance SERVPRO of Annapolis Location: 1446 Ritchie Hwy, Arnold, MD Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities SERVPRO of Annapolis is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing reconstruction team. This is a hands-on project management role responsible for taking sold reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate subcontractors and materials, communicate with customers, monitor schedules and quality, and make sure projects move efficiently through completion. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, solves problems, and can manage multiple projects without needing constant direction.
