We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuilding projects throughout the Greater Atlanta area. Position Summary The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from mitigation handoff through final completion. This role oversees scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, customer communication, and quality control to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Project Management Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finishDevelop project schedules, budgets, and work plansReview project documentation, scopes, and site conditionsCoordinate all construction trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electricalConduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality and safetyBuild and maintain relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and referral partners Estimating & Cost Control Prepare and review estimates using Xactimate or similar softwareManage supplements and change ordersTrack labor, material, and subcontractor costsMaintain project budgets and profitability goals Customer & Vendor Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for customersCommunicate project timelines, updates, and scope changesCoordinate with homeowners, commercial property owners, and insurance representativesParticipate in site meetings, inspections, and final walk-throughs Subcontractor Management Schedule and supervise subcontractors and vendorsCoordinate material orders and deliveriesEnsure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedulesAddress performance or scheduling issues when necessary Qualifications Required 3+ years of construction project management experienceExperience managing residential and/or commercial construction projectsExperience with Xactimate or similar estimating softwareStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyValid driver's license Preferred Restoration or insurance-related construction experienceKnowledge of building codes and permitting requirementsIICRC certifications Benefits Competitive salaryPerformance-based bonusesCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunities Apply Today If you are a motivated Construction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality results, we'd love to hear from you.
