About the role
As a Project Manager in the Coastal District (Sandhills, North Carolina), you will manage construction projects from start to finish, identify opportunities to increase job value, create upsells, handle change orders, and help customers improve their projects. Strong performance is rewarded with a 3% commission on sold jobs, upsells, and change orders, plus quarterly bonus incentives for hitting key metrics.
Responsibilities
