Renova One is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to support our growing Interior & Exterior Renovation (IR/ER) division in the Des Moines, Iowa market. This position will initially lead a major renovation project expected to span approximately 6–8 months. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budget management, quality control, and client communication. Responsibilities
- Manage interior and exterior renovation projects of varying size and complexity from start to finish
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
- Prepare and review accurate project estimates using Xactimate and other estimation tools
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout each project
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve project issues, scope changes, and potential risks proactively
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and records within company systems (LGTK, Smartsheet, Xactimate)
