About the role

Lead the on‑site execution of the SWIC/WUC construction program at Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore, CA, serving as the General Contractor’s primary administrative and technical point of contact with the Owner’s Representative and Design Consultant. You will manage the integrated schedule, budget, procurement, compliance, and closeout for both ground‑up building construction and extensive underground utility infrastructure, while ensuring adherence to federal security, safety, and contracting requirements.
