About the Role
We are looking for a talented, entry-level Project Engineer who is passionate about success and ready for a challenging career.
Responsibilities
- Completing projects on time, within budget, and most importantly, satisfying our customers.
- Communicate accurately and in a timely manner with all departments within Nycom.
- Capable of understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
- Able to learn and use construction-related software and digital tools, including common office computer applications.
- Able to effectively build solid business relationships with Architects, Facilities Personnel, End Users and General Contractors.
- Skilled at: understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; MEP Coordination; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out.
