Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our expanding construction team. This position is based in Woodbridge, VA, and will support the construction of a multi-phase apartment community. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in managing fast-paced multi-family or commercial construction projects. Experience working with Virginia Housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction, oversight, and coordination of construction activities to deliver high-quality housing safely, on time, and within budget
• Provide timely, complete, and accurate reports
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Own project ownership and schedule
• Own financial ownership, project document ownership, and contract ownership
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in managing fast-paced multi-family or commercial construction projects
• Skilled in providing timely, complete, and accurate reports
• Thrive in a team environment
• Possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, design partners, and subcontractors

Pay

$130,000–$150,000 yearly salary
