Responsibilities

• Complete project take-offs and cost estimates
• Provide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers
• Generate new business to meet divisional goals
• Manage crews in an effective manner
• Act as the single point of contact with the customer(s)
• Assume total responsibility for project profitability and quality
• Interact with estimators, engineering, payroll, and other support personnel during all phases of construction
• Handle materials purchasing
• Support field foreman and corporate safety program during the construction phase
• Manage change order administration
• Oversee job cost management
• Process and ensure the accuracy of time and material cost items
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the roofing/construction industry
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
