Duties & Responsibilities Complete project take-offs and cost estimatesProvide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers.Generate new business to meet divisional goalsManage crews in an effective manner.Act as the single point of contact with the customer(s).Total responsibility for project profitability and quality.Interacts with estimators, engineering, payroll and other support personnel during all phases of construction.Materials purchasing.Support field foreman and corporate safety program during the construction phase.Change Order management and administration.Job Cost Management.Process and manage the accuracy of time and material cost items.Other duties as assigned.
