About the role

The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, risk mitigation, and overall project execution while ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
  • Negotiate and administer subcontract agreements
  • Review project costs, forecasts, and change orders
  • Coordinate project teams to ensure timely execution
  • Monitor quality control and safety compliance efforts
  • Resolve project challenges and maintain client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Proficiency with construction management software platforms
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects

Pay

$110,000 - $175,000 per year
