Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide construction oversight and facilitate resolution to complex construction project related challenges.
  • Ensure the progress and technical performance of a project, material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team.
  • Develop and deliver on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules.
  • Solve complex problems in collaboration with designers and contractors, ensuring the success of the project.
  • Create and maintain daily field reports with detailed accounting of work force trades, materials delivered and installed, and progress photos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
  • 10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
  • Experience with various the disciplines, trades and systems related with an emphasis on full project delivery
  • Preferred: Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Professional Engineer (PE)

Qualifications

  • Keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges
  • Experience with HVAC Systems and Fire Alarm Systems is necessary for this project assignment

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $170,000.00 to $190,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
