Construction Project Manager

We're Hiring: Construction Project Manager | HRDC 📍 Bozeman or Livingston, MT | Full-Time | $72,000 – $91,000 DOE HRDC is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee residential and commercial construction projects across Southwest Montana — from predevelopment all the way through project completion. This is a critical role on our Community Development team, working closely with directors, architects, engineers, contractors, and community partners to deliver quality projects on time and within budget. What You'll Do:Manage scope, schedule, budget, and permitting for multiple concurrent projectsAdminister contracts and ensure compliance with funding and legal requirementsOversee contractors, subcontractors, and design teamsConduct site visits, review RFIs and change orders, and manage punchlist through project closeoutCollaborate across teams to support long-term property management needs What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field4+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in affordable housingStrong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and contract administrationPMP or CCM certification a plusValid driver's license required Why HRDC?
