Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Implements management policies and operating practices.
• Inspects all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site to confirm the order of custom windows.
• Communicates the agreement between the company and the customer.
• Identifies alternative courses of action and negotiates directly with the customer to alter specific terms of the plan as necessary.
• Analyzes legal requirements related to licensing and permitting to obtain permits.
• Fulfills regulatory compliance regarding safety and health.
• Completes various administrative tasks as needed and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience.
• Professionalism is very important.
• Self-motivation and discipline.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful problem-solving abilities.
• Top-notch customer service skills.
