Construction Project Manager

About the role

HHI Corporation, a growing federal-focused construction firm based in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and oversee day-to-day project operations
• Ensure alignment with project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, manage key personnel, and oversee documentation (RFIs, submittals, and change orders)
• Maintain compliance with contract requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and design professionals to drive results while maintaining a safe and efficient job site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• At least five years of project management experience, preferably in federal, commercial, industrial, or heavy civil construction, with federal project exposure a plus
• Experience managing multiple multi-million-dollar projects is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and Primavera (P6)
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar project management systems
• PREFERRED: OSHA 30, EM385-1-1, and Construction Quality Control for Contractors (USACE) certification or the ability to serve as an alternate QCM

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Able to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage budgets and timelines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

Skills

• Project management software proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Primavera P6)
• Project management system familiarity (Oracle or similar)
• Preferred certifications (OSHA 30, EM385-1-1, Construction Quality Control for Contractors (USACE))

Benefits

HHI Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience, with benefits to be determined.
