About the role
HHI Corporation, a growing federal-focused construction firm based in Seattle, Washington, is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and oversee day-to-day project operations
- Ensure alignment with project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, manage key personnel, and oversee documentation (RFIs, submittals, and change orders)
- Maintain compliance with contract requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and design professionals to drive results
- Maintain a safe and efficient job site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- At least five years of project management experience, preferably in federal, commercial, industrial, or heavy civil construction, with federal project exposure a plus
- Experience managing multiple multi-million-dollar projects is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and Primavera (P6)
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar project management systems
- PREFERRED: OSHA 30, EM385-1-1, and Construction Quality Control for Contractors (USACE) certification or the ability to serve as an alternate QCM
Qualifications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Able to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage budgets and timelines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Skills
- Project management software proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Primavera P6)
- Construction industry knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Benefits
HHI Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 – $160,000, commensurate with experience, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
