Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, and risk
- Drive project profitability and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Partner with field leadership to ensure safe, high-quality project execution
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Mentor and develop Project Engineers and emerging project management professionals
Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
- Proven success managing commercial construction projects through all phases
- Strong understanding of contracts, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
