Construction Project Manager

About the role

CSL Consulting is seeking a Construction Project Manager who excels in delivering exceptional client experiences, driving impactful project results, and fostering continuous learning beyond foundational skills. This position is onsite and located in Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project management, including design, construction, permitting, occupancy, quality control, staffing, scheduling, closeout, and budget management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs

Requirements

• Proficient PM skills, typically 10+ years of experience with exposure to several large and unique projects
• Expert skills in construction project management, people leadership, and client engagement
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset

Preferred Experience & Market Presence

• Experience supporting K-12, Higher Education, public sector, or capital improvement programs
• Strong relationships or established ties within the Triad or broader North Carolina market preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop client and stakeholder relationships that contribute to project and business growth
• Ability to maintain an active local presence, managing projects and participating in client, industry, and community activities
