Construction Project Manager

Oversee residential and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, bidding, contracts, documentation, and project execution while coordinating with internal teams and conducting site visits to ensure work meets safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements. Responsibilities Oversee construction projects from preconstruction through completion.Develop project schedules and coordinate construction plans and execution.Monitor progress, productivity, and compliance through communication with site superintendents and site visits.Develop scopes of work, manage bidding, and negotiate subcontractor and vendor contracts, pricing, and change orders.Review submittals, RFIs, invoices, contractor billing, and monthly AIA pay applications.Manage budgets, cost controls, project documentation, and coordination across development, estimating, accounting, and field teams.
