Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Assist the Cheyenne VAMC Engineering department in preparing documents supporting maintenance and construction project planning, programming, and procurement.
- Assist in the monitoring of ongoing construction contracts at this station.
- Provide construction management and engineering services related to real property to assist the Cheyenne VAMC Engineering/Designing department.
Location: VAMC Cheyenne, WY – Onsite (Immediate Requirement)
Qualifications
- Engineering degree from an ABET or NAAB accredited school or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Knowledge of construction scheduling methods and building and construction crafts to verify that work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and industry standards of workmanship.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including experience preparing correspondence, written reports, and briefing management personnel.
- Must be a United States citizen.
