Construction Project Manager

About the role

We’re seeking a Project Manager who brings thoughtful leadership, a disciplined project execution style, strong communication and technical skills, and a steady commitment to delivering high-quality results. You will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are aligned and executed with precision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects right the first time, maintaining alignment of scope, schedule, and quality
• Own cost control, forecasting, change management, and financial reporting
• Set clear expectations, enforce subcontractor commitments, and address challenges constructively
• Manage risk by making data-driven decisions and escalating concerns early

Requirements

• At least five years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience
