• Standards & Frameworks: IBC (International Building Code), FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), EM 385-1-1.
• Tools/Software: Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam.

Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
