Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from pre-design to closeout, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring the CIP Program, and providing regular updates to the Airline group.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and successful completion of construction projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including Airline and Airport Representatives, Engineering Representatives, and Construction project teams
• Assist with program implementation
• Maintain oversight of the CIP Program and provide ongoing status updates to the Airline group
• Support ongoing partnerships and engagement between the Airports and the Airline Group on the implementation of the CIP Program

Requirements

• Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field degree
• 5+ years of experience on complex aviation construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with construction management software
